btw - i only saw one hcor rider the whole weekend (!) & i was around quite a bit... i think a friend of mine saw someone he described to me as jon (hcor? ... were you there??) anyway though, the hcor rider i saw was an expert & was having a rough go at it on the course beneath the 90 degree turn (this was in the beginning of expert practice on saturday morning) ... someone called "adrian" out to him, but he didn't answer back - who knows.

pro practice and qualifying (for now i'm still working on recovering the rest of the pro DH pics)
& damn was it ever DARK in the woods... rain + fog + cloud-cover == no light & therefore the heavy reliance the flash... which made for some good pictures nonetheless

ya actually i do, but unfortunately they're on my friend's machine & i won't recieve them until tomorrow night... i'll get them up then.
actually though, never was it the case that 400 racers could ever be captured in one spot @ the same time... maybe 400 racers total raced... perhaps a few more, but the turnout wasn't great with the rain ... lots decided not to race

i think he's making a dig at the 400 pics of 1 guy at a time, at the same "jump" type of "pro photos" we see trickling out after races, rather than getting 400 people together.
