If racing isn't your thing you may want to check this out: Thank you all that came out last weekend for the Oktoberfest and Ladies’ Day celebrations. There are still plenty of leaves on the trees but they are falling fast, so make sure to visit us soon for some spectacular scenery while you ride. We still have two more weekends of riding left, each featuring special events. * Second Annual Treasure Hunt on Saturday and Sunday, October 11-12: Each rider purchasing a lift ticket will receive a sheet containing clues leading to many killer prizes hidden throughout the mountain. Over $1,000.00 of prizes hidden on the mountain! * Don’t forget our End-of-the-Year sale on all of our awesome bikes and pads. And if that isn't enough, join us for our final weekend October 18-19 for epic downhilling and our Pump Track Endurance Challenge! 1 winner up to $500.00 prize! Prizes for this Saturday and Sunday's Treasure Hunt are: Prize # 1: Seasons pass good for the remainder of the 2008 and the entire 2009 biking season. $250.00 Prize # 2: Two Discover Mountain Biking Packages. $250.00 Prize # 3: Two 1 day ski/snowboard passes for the 2008/2009 winter season. $156.00 Prize # 4: Bike n Stay Package for two good for the 2008 or 2009 season. $138.00 Prize # 5: 1 Boblsled ride at Mount Van Hoevenburg. $85.00. Yep a real bobsled ride!
