I got over the arm pump problem a couple years ago, but I got a new problem. Leg pump on my right leg, my trailing leg. Let gets sore from holding in a crouched position for so long and much of my weight is on my right leg. Am I just a turd and need to change my riding style?

The arches of my feet hurt like hell when I am going 100% race speed for a long period of time, 3+ minutes. I never get leg pump though. Ride more

I ride a lot; however, it's not DH. I put in 15+ miles on trails a week riding 2 and 3 times a week. Recently started back to the gym to see if that will help.
Last race at Snowshoe my feet hurt, which has never happened before- was strange.

Snowshoe is a longer mtn creek, lots of rocks. That would do it. Maybe you are riding too far back thats why your trailing leg hurts more. Does anyone have any pics of you riding so you can check?

you're gay for skinny dipping in another dude's secluded pool and then having him take pics. I didn't see any ladies in the background.
I didn't take copies

I had no idea there was a camera around. There were actually 2 women, me naked probably made them run to the bathroom to vomit.

Good idea. Windrock I suffer from it a ton, but at that place you ride with your ass on the back tire a lot. This last course at Snowshoe had a lot of steep skidders and that was what was killing my legs.

Ace Bandage makes an ankle/foot support for about $20 foot. I use them and they make a huge difference. You can by them at most Rite Aid/CVS type stores

Well I have had the same problem. Same symptoms. I am 17 now, but played soccer for 9 years, which took a toll on my feet. I was always "flat footed", but the problem can become worse and worse. My foot almost now lacks a natural arch altogether, and my foot almost completely collapses without a support. IF you do have perfectly flat feet, that will set you up for knee and ankle problems. Especially for prolonged periods of time. Go ahead, give the walmart stuff a try, it's worth a shot. If it does not work, like in my case, go to the doctors, you probably need some custom made foot molds. They are like $300 and my parents insurance does not cover them, unfortunately. But $300 is worth it keeping you from surgery, and even WORSE, NOT RIDING!
This doesn't happen to me much anymore since I don't play any running sports, but when I am flying for a few runs, I do feel this. Just check your feet in comparison to someone elses if you believe it's a problem. See if your feet do collapse a little. They don't have to be as bad as mine to be a problem, and it can always worsen.
Just trying to help you out... Not saying this is the problem, but it's a possiblilty.
