We will be open 7 days a week this year except for Ironman Sunday on 7-20-08. http://www.ironmanusa.com/ Lake Placid is hopping all summer long with events. It all starts with the horse shows followed by Ironman and tons of stuff happening each day in the summer. Lake Placid is a summer resort town. Way busier in the summer than the winter.
