Bolton Valley Resort will not be opening for biking this season. The new general manager says he wants to re-evaluate the program. There is a chance it will not happen next year either. I have been left in the dark about anything concerning this choice. Go figure I was only the mtb director. That place definitly has potential if it's done right. It would be badaass if they built a trail all the way down to the bottom of the road that takes you up to the base of the mountain. You'd have to shuttle up & then take a chairlift, but it would be one hell of a long run. It's not gonna be a bike park this summer but there might be some kind of single event weekend toward the end of the season. Blue does have tons of potential because they own a lot of land that there are no ski trails on, and on both sides of the road as well.
