edit: This thread prompted me to make a google map of all these locations provided. I didn't know a lot of those existed and they seem awesome.

That's awesome. Spring Mtn isn't open anymore by the way though. I think some people still poach it and hike-a-bike though.

Bolton Valley is a no-go this year, X-post from bustedspoke.

Bolton Valley Resort will not be opening for biking this season.

The new general manager says he wants to re-evaluate the program.
There is a chance it will not happen next year either.

I have been left in the dark about anything concerning this choice. Go figure I was only the mtb director.

Any comments and or concerns and or general disapproval should be sent to the following people:

George Potter (General Mgr) gpotter@boltonvalley.com
make sure to cc this next guy(owner)
Larry Williams lwilliams@boltonvalley.com

send send send. Let them know your opinion.

Anybody hear anything about how the plans for Blue Mountain are progressing?

That place definitly has potential if it's done right.

It would be badaass if they built a trail all the way down to the bottom of the road that takes you up to the base of the mountain.

You'd have to shuttle up & then take a chairlift, but it would be one hell of a long run.

There have been meetings. It will happen, just not sure when. It's not gonna be a bike park this summer but there might be some kind of single event weekend toward the end of the season. Blue does have tons of potential because they own a lot of land that there are no ski trails on, and on both sides of the road as well.

Let me know if you hear anything, I've been hoping for a while that they would open for riding, the place has ALOT of potential, in my opinion.
