Were you riding a set of integrated LX cranks at the open?? What are your favorite DH cranks for all around low weight downhilling??
Personally I'm riding XT's, but I had to file off the small chainring bolts to fit my frame, that's why I'm interested if you were riding the LX's.

i am running LX cranks. i didn't have to file down the granny tabs, i got lucky and everything cleared with no issues. i believe the Hone cranks come in a single ring setup and they are more or less the same as the LX's, just with a stronger steel BB spindle.
