Ok so after my second Volvo wagon "Fred 2" died in mid feb, I finally got the new ride. And all I can say about my brand spanking new tC, is wow. That and I wish my bike was this new. I'll post up some pictures lata, but even so, even completely stock, it is wow.

Planning for a CAI and CatBack as my first engine mods, S2000 antenna, lip spoiler and M3 style grills as my first body mods, and AutoTechnic S7 gauge overlays and led & cold cathode interior accent lighting as my first interior mods. beyond that, who knows....

Well yes in the sense that they are not part of the internals of the engine. So yeah I'll make sure that once I am rich and can afford forged internals and new rods and cams I'll label those engine mods. So would it make you happier if I made sure to properly label those aspiration and exhaust mods on this dedicated car enthusiast site?
Stop reading old posts and trying to make a point that you know more than other people. To be quite honest I was right in the sense that they are connected to the engine/drivetrain, but please forgive me for my lack of insight.
Go ride.

Any idea what kind of power you expect to make with the cold air induction and catback exhast work done? I bet you'll notice a nice improvement in throttle response.

Dyno's I've seen have been putting up numbers of like 171-179bhp with intake and axle-back alone. With 4-2-1 header and full exhaust i've seen guys peaking around 183-185bhp. So far I think the Naturally Aspirated ceiling for the car with pulleys, light flywheel, 4-1 header and no cats is just under 200bhp.

Didn't go with another Vovlo because it was time for a change, did consider it though. The first one just finally died from age, too expensive to upkeep. It had ~250,000 miles officially but the odometer did stop working for about a 3-4 month period. The second one was totaled. I was at a stop light on NY RT-22 in Pawling and got rear-ended by three "contractors" in a van (mind you all three were in the front seat, if that gives you a better picture) going about 35-40mph. Nice skids from that. tC's been treating me good, exhaust and intake getting installed end of this month.

not true... as long as you don't dump the clutch you'll be fine... the turbo won't peak right off the line anyway. my volvo pushes over 220 stock and i've never even chirped the tires off the line, whereas my truck, with the same hp will definitely light up the tires.

Yeah, Turbo FWD's can hold thier own. True it has bit more to do with the driver than a RWD or AWD turbo, but it most certainly doesn't suck. There are plenty of guys in turbo'ed tC's out there. A few have gotten them tuned upwards of 350whp, and have been able to school some cars you wouldn't think they could.

Go to www.honda-tech.com for more evidence of 300+fwhp cars holding their own.
On another note, I haven't been able to log on this site in a damn long time.
