The newly re-organized Competitons and Events department at Mount Snow has designed this series for the person who has wanted to try DH racing and needs a venue as well as for those who have raced before but need some more time to get their groove before hitting the big time. This event is all about getting out there and giving it a try. Expert Racers will find a challenging course with lots of speed and the newer rider will be able to get their fix without losing their lunch. The series in sanctioned by NORBA and is the Vermont State Series for qualifying for the Norba National at Mammoth, CA. Utilizing the legendary Beg/Sport DH Course used by the Norba Series at Mount Snow, this series promises an opportunity for folks to get together and get some timed practice runs as well as a race run on each race day of the series. Culminating with a DH oriented Fat tire party on the last race of the series. (just a few weeks before the Norba National Finals come to town for a week of Mtn.
