Posted: Tue Jun 08, 2004 9:25 am RULER Burner   Joined: Aug 20, 2003 Posts: 487 Location: Philly Anyone know for sure if they are going to have their freeride park open? I have heard so many different things I would just like to know what options will be available for riding during the time I can't play on the course. Most recently I've heard that the park will only be open on Sunday. If that is true, I think that would be a huge mistake. Personally, I don't see how the people at Snowshoe couldn't have their park open this whole week. Since this is a national event the press for them should be huge, this would probably be the best way for them to market what they have to offer and keep all the riders happy. DamienC Toy   Joined: Jun 19, 2003 Posts: 21 Location: Alexandria, VA My guess as to their rationale for closing the freeride park Thursday through Saturday is that the XC race course runs through that side of the mountain, passing through the intersection points of some of the freeride trails.
