he's not a poor boy, but he's one of the only guys in his town that doesn't own a car either. I know a lot of parents that wasted more money getting their kid out of trouble when if they would have paid for their kids passion everyone would be better off.

different pedals, and now has a steel spring and avid juicy 5 brakes
new xc rig
road cassette but maybe putting a regualar cassette on. also now has hope mono mini brakes total build cost me $400
