ok so my bike has been taken care of an all fixxed!! plus lucky the mechanic has shown true class to me!! just to let everyone know, its a solid shop, an what happened to my bike is in no way a reflection on the service that the shop gives! shit happens sometimes!! an im sorry that ive given a negative outlook on the shop!

no doubt, but nobodies perfect, an he offered to pay for my stuff! thats what i mean about class act. he didnt just brush it off! im sure he'll never let that mistake happen again. i forgive an forget! an racers edge is still my shop to go to...

your lucky nothing happened to the frame or shock.
maybe its just me, but if someone worked on my bike and totally fvcked something up like that, id take it to sports authority before bringing it back there.
and id hope he offer to pay for anything that was damaged. what kind of reputable shop wouldnt?

ya know, from a liability standpoint, bike shops should have higher paid and more professional techs ... i mean, if a tech eff's up, someone can really get hurt. but, until they can pay people to be a professional, they aren't going to get professionals.
