Hey i have a yakuza as well , the whole problem with the floating rear is it sucks and was a shity design although it does work well. The problem with it is that the floater sits on a bearing right on the axel. the problem with this is that the bearing starts to get play and it only gets worse and worse and can even cause some scoring into the axel. The reason it gets worse it becuase it is constantly under torsional forces when you apply the break and it only has one mount which causes it to rotate and on the axel and only further damage the bearing.

thats right, those brake forces are huge , even more when you ride for a lot of hours.
Maybe the best thing to do is save a little, get a 150mm rear hub and re-lace your wheel, forget about the floater, the kumicho doesn't need it anyway.

sorry bro there is no other solution the 150 rear hub is it, u might also notice that in order to eliminate the floater for the 2006 models iron horse has also put on the 150 rear hub. It really is the only way to eliminate the problem. The olny way to avoid the problem somewhat for now is to tighten the piss outa ur axel bolts to ensure that the bearing cant move side to side. it was what i did until i built up my 150 rear hub and it work quite fine , when it was said and done i almost wished i had waited a little to build a new wheel.
