kid with bike Burner   Joined: Aug 1, 2003 Posts: 206 Location: Warwick, NY i reckon my 17" is an insignificant amount lighter than that... i am filling the tires with helium... carbon shock spring. the whole nine yards. seriously... though saving weight might be nice, every part on this bike is great, so why mess with it?... (excluding the cranks which have over and inch of extra material to catch on rocks. how bad would it be to grind them down?
