Hcor.net Forum Index -> Whiteface, NY -> i've seen the light       View previous topic :: View next topic  i've seen the light Posted: Mon Nov 07, 2005 12:17 pm downhillmike All-City   Joined: Mar 23, 2005 Posts: 689 Location: Lake PLacid, N.Y hopefully we will have a new contract signed to keep the biking alive and growing at whiteface for years to come. i expect to have this in writing before 11-18-05. i will post all info asap. i used to think it was cool to have a mountain practically for yourself, and some days it is kinda nice. however, after these past 2 weekends at diablo and plattekill, i've seen the light. friends, camaraderie, etc. just seeing some of the same people every weekend, and grouping together at the base or summit = big fun. we plan on events, races, volunteers to help build up the mountain, early season passes, 4 day weeks again and anything else we can think of to make your downhilling experience better. downhill mike bikeface freeride park size does matter! _________________ Whiteface Mountain Bike Park www.downhillmike.com Size does matter!
