"This is my WRX. The guy said he wanted to run for a large sum of money. Started at 500$, then went to 1000$. I took him up on it. He had me pop the hood and I did gracefully. I did not ask him his mods or to do the same because I was that confident in my car. I beat the guy twice and he never paid up.
After I beat him the second time the passenger out of the vette, and another guy came up and sucker punched me. Lets just say that it did not end there. Ended up a huge ordeal and them calling the police on me saying I had a gun, which I didn't and me being searched and my car being searched.
This vid is spreading like wild fire all over the net and I am getting support from guys that normally are import haters. Go ahead and post it up where ever you want just to show that our cars are no joke."
Obviously there are two sides to every story...but that Vette got owned...tough to beat an AWD from a stop...especially on the street.

12.674 @ 108.34 @ a little over 14 psi.

There is a lot more to the story... The guys in the vet pulled into a parking lot after hitting the kid. The guys in the WRX followed them. I guess to even the score. But the wimp in the vette called the cops and said the kid had a gun...then when the cops showed up the vette jetted out and they searched the Subaru and the Vette guy just took off.

my friend has a wrx sti...has some mods...close to 400 HP...gonna get a new chip and run like 18 psi...haha its gonna be even more scary fast..cant wait to drive it...cant beat an AWD off the line....suck for the vette

I love WRX's, specially nice looking ones. Good on him for kicking the Vette's ass. Too bad those guys were clowns..
I can't help but laugh at car stats thou. They are just kinda amusing. That WRX must be worth at least 30+ thousand....
My 'slow' VTR1000R Superhawk does 11.67 in the 1/4 mile and cost me $5,700 used. heheh.

the kid in the wrx was a tool too.. the vette guy just didn't know how to drive.. z06's can run mid 12's all day long.. he's cocky as hell running vette's for $500-1000 without even asking what's under the hood.. a good driver and soem basic mods and he would have had his ass handed to him

Yup, I agree they were all tools and assholes. A stock Z06 under the right hands can run 12.50's in the quarter. So that guy didn't know what the hell he was doing for sure.
