Looks to be Feb 25 in the US and with a MSRP of $6,300; estimated street price of $4900. The sad truth is that unless you're the AP, a major newspaper, or a National Geographic staffer then you're paying full ticket for the thing. it's not really a matter of shooting more, it's a matter of shooting what pays. I could cover the cost of the camera with probably 5 weddings shot solo, but I don't much like shooting weddings and I like "marketing" myself for them even less. I missed the first batch, aside from calling around to little out of the way shops I guess I'll have to wait until the tech that knows how to turn on the production line comes back from vacation Re: So which nut do I sell? PJ remains wedded to the Big C. Quickie review: Wow, especially on big prints, in difficult lighting situations and the auto white balance is pretty amazing. Big files though, especially shooting NEF + jpeg fine (saves on post batching work though). Around 125 images per 4 gb card. _________________ www.yestubes.com
