which will be better for an allaround bike: aggresive trail, freeride, and dh? and what it is included with the framsets?

The SGS-FR is better suited for all around use as it can take a frt der and uses a standard size rear hub. The SGS-FR frame kit includes frame, 5th Element shock, headset cups, and seatpost.

FR frames has 7" travel, 68mm BB, 135mm QR dropout, FR geometry, FD compatible.
