Talas RL not locking out anymore, please help

Postby Yanick » Mon Feb 19, 2007 10:12 pm

What can be the problem and resolution to a TALAS 2005 that the Lockout doesn't work anymore? Can I do it myself when servicing it? or shall I sent it to FOX (or Push) to get the valving circuit fixed. I'm due to get it serviced anyway but might do it myself...

The Lockout knob doesn't go as far as it used to be (clockwise to activate the lockout I mean) Could it be only some dirty that prevent the lockout to engage?

thanks for your help guys

i would call push industries or Fox and ask them about it. if you are going to get it rebuilt or fixed i would highly recommend push over fox...
who you callin crazy?!
you wouldn't know what crazy is if Charles Manson was eating fruit loops on your front porch!

Fox has repair manuals on the web now. Show you how to completely rebuild the fork.

I will dig up the link and post it here.
I'm against picketing, but I don't know how to show it.
