NEW TOOL!

Postby springfish » Sun Feb 05, 2006 11:00 pm

Album slated for release in May. Also, for all you Mike Patton fans, "Peeping Tom" (another Patton side project) will be released on May 30th. I heard some demos (he's been working on this project for over 5 years now) and they sound very promising. Definitely more Mr. Bungle meets Tomahawk sounding. Should be a killer music month.

Yeah I heard about the TOOL album a couple months ago, so can't wait to get my grubby paws on it and listen to it on my home stereo.

i have the whole record early...umm i have no idea what to say. not much maynard...the instrumental is unreal. it reminds me of pink floyd, all the songs flow together, sounds like a sound track for a movie. but ya listen to lost keys and rosetta stoned..i have nothing else to say, it blows everything out there out of the water IMHO.

Just got the album as well. As with all their albums, different but extremely solid.

It's hard to beat these guys. They're always masters of their craft.

I am resisting downloading the CD I want to wait to get it in my hands to have the music to listen to and the artwork to look over at the same time.
