i've seen some really stupid, crazy stuff done in real life. some of it was pulled and sometimes I ended up driving someone to the emergency room. It never bothered me. I mean, it sucks to see your buddy writhing in pain with a broken bone or even fully unconsious but everyone i've ever ridden with ...

a good way of learning tailwhips is by doing footplant tailwhips. you can do them on benches and stuff then move up to footplants on walls. what this does is help you learn the motion with your arms. I know Osato used to do toothpick tailwhips so I wouldn't be surprised if he could grind them as wel...

Re: woodchip jump?

when I was a little kid the school next to my house would dump a HUGE pile of wood chips to be spread on the playfield. but it would take a few days for the spreaders to spread it around so we would climb all over it and ride our bikes on it. one of our favorite things to do was pedal as fast as we ...

PLANET X NEW JACK FLASH (RED EVIL EYE)

I bought this as a complete bike from Unreal Cycles at the start of the year. The frame is too long for my so I'm selling it. I only rode it for a month or so, maybe. Never been in mud. Never been hucked. (jumped off a 3 foot loading dock) Never been seriously jumped.(curbs and small stuff) I only w...

to make it less of a bust, I would use pieces of wood in place of cement.

sure, cement would be super smooth and solid BUT if/when they notice it, they may decide to make it completley un-ridable instead of just removing the wood.

just a thought....

2-hip makes or made an aluminum frame. it was still heavy.

I think the problem is, big bikes have squishy forks that absorb ALOT of stress that would otherwise be taken by the frame and other parts.

I don't think you'll see a decent aluminum bike in bmx stunt world anytime soon. if ever

any suggestions for a camera other than the ones you mentioned? I'm not sure what way I'm leaning on this but probably closer to the video cam. I know how to use photoshop fairly well and have cleaned up plenty of stills from video cameras. I really only want the pictures for web purposes anyways so...

howdy. I would like to get a new camara and I'm not sure what to get. I think I will go digital but then the question is do I get a still camera or a video cam? I really just want a still camera but why not get a video camera then take stills from that? some of the stills I see from video cameras lo...

I was at the barn when you broke you ankle. i was the tard on the pile of crap bike, the one that cost me $300.00 and had reflectors still on it and a mud guard on the downtube. I started rid...

Never said it was new. It's a hunk of concrete, we just never knew it was there. Finally a friend (Fat Mike) told us about it, I haven't had a chance to hit it (due to the old busted up leg) but it doesn't seem to have much of any approach coming from the left side. Bummer, I'll have to do it oppos...

I might make it. I don't really like the barn. the coping is too high on the mini and the box jump kills my wrists.

but I'll mark it on my calender, just in case....

sure. you can practice this on the flat ground too. just pull up into a rear wheel stall, pinch your seat w/ your legs and spin the bars. if you can stall on your rear wheel, spin your bars and catch them w/ enough time to still be stalled on your rear wheel, then you can easily do them on a ramp. i...
